AGRICULTURAL CREDIT From November 2012 to November 2018, the number of commercial loans awarded to the agriculture, livestock and forestry sector grew by 16%, in line with the increase into the other branches of the economy. During this period, the increase in the sector was led by the expansion of loans to the fruit growing sector. Between 2012 and 2018, the average share of agriculture in terms of bank financing for economic activities has risen by around 6.2%, placing it in third place after construction and manufacturing. F. FINANCIAMIENTO BANCARIO A LA AGRICULTURA En el período noviembre 2012 - noviembre 2018, el monto de colocaciones de crédito en el sector silvoagropecuario creció en 16%, en línea con el incremento conjunto de las otras ramas de la economía. Durante este periodo, el aumento en el sector estuvo liderado por la expansión de colocaciones en fruticultura. Entre 2012 y 2018 la participación promedio de la agricultura en el financiamiento otorgado por el sistema bancario a las actividades económicas fue de 6,2%. La mayor participación corresponde a la construcción, seguida de la industria manufacturera.
