B. CERTIFICACIONES DE SOSTENIBILIDAD Las certificaciones de sostenibilidad son una herramienta que evidencia la incorporación de prácticas más sostenibles en los sistemas productivos, a través de la verificación de un tercero. La certificación de buenas prácticas agrícolas del protocolo GlobalGAP es una de las más implementadas en el sector agroalimentario chileno, seguida por las certificaciones que dan cuenta de un manejo forestal y de cadena de custodia sostenible (FSC y PEFC) y por la certificación del Código de Sustentabilidad de Vinos de Chile, que representa al 70% de los vinos exportados por el país. B. SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATIONS The sustainability certifications are an instrument that confirms adoption of more sustainable practices in the productive systems, through the verification of an independent third party. GlobalGAP protocol for good agricultural practices is one of the most fully implemented standards in the Chilean agro-food sector by the certifications that recognise responsible forestry management and a sustainable chain (FSC and PEFC), and for Sustainability Code of Wines of Chile, which represents 70% of the exported chilean wines.
